Goalie Chest & Arm Sizing Guide

Proper fitting chest and arm pads should come down the arm to the wrist with the elbow centered into the elbow protector. Too long in the arms and the catch & block won’t fit securely. Too short and the potential for injury is increased. The chest protector portion should provide full protection standing upright but not so long that in a crouching position the chest pad shifts out of position. Nothing keeps a goalie from becoming puck shy better than a good set of chest and arm pads. Choose the quality of pads equal to your game.
