Fill Out and Submit Our Participant Certification and Release of Liability Form

A medical form will be emailed to the Team’s contact person.  These forms are then to be completed by each individual and returned (email or fax) to the rink by 4:30pm on weeknights and 8:00am on weekends.  Only skaters and 1 parent will be allowed into the building.  A check-in roster will be created from the medical forms and each individual will be checked in upon entering.

  • No admittance prior to 20 minutes before start time
  • No admittance to anyone who hasn’t provided a medical form
  • A mask will be required for anyone in the building not on the ice
  • Players will come to the rink dressed as there will be no locker rooms available

Upon Entering the Building-  Group A

  • Stop in the lobby for check-in
  • The first 7 skaters entering the building will go directly to the Away bench to put their skates on if need be and wait to go on. (Away benches are farthest set of benches once entering the rink)
  • The next 7 skaters will then proceed to the Home bench
  • The next 5 skaters will proceed to the chairs at the far end of the aluminum risers
  • The next 6 skaters will then go to the marked spots on the aluminum risers

Entering the Ice-  Group A

Players may only enter the ice surface once the prior group is completely off.  First to get on will be the Away bench and then once they are on the Home bench followed by the chairs and then the risers will take the ice.  Grouping protocol remains at 10 skaters per group.

Exiting the Ice-  Group A

Groups will exit the ice at the player’s benches (Home and Away) and return to their seats to remove their skates, retrieve their equipment and apply their face mask.  Once ready to leave, exit the building through the double doors at the front side of the arena opposite the aluminum risers.

Upon Entering the Building-  Group B

  •  Stop in the lobby for check-in
  • Enter the rink arena and proceed directly to the chairs set up in front of the bleachers and in front of the locker rooms starting with the chairs farthest away

Entering the Ice-  Group B

Players may only enter the ice surface once the prior group is completely off. Group B will enter the ice through the center rink door.  Grouping protocol remains at 10 skaters per group.

Exiting the Ice-  Group B

Players will exit the rink through the same center door.  They will proceed to their original seats to remove their skates, gather their gear, and put on their face mask.  Once players are ready to leave they will exit the door at the center of the arena between the bleachers to the side parking lot.
