Freestyle Skating $15 per session

 Fridays 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

May 3, 10, 17 and 24*

*May  24 = 4:30 – 5:30 then again
(after Basic Skills) at 6:30 – 7:30

Available for private lessons or to just practice
Our sound system lets you hook up your IPod, MP3 or CD player to play your music
All skaters must have an up-to-date United States Figure Skating Assoc.


 BASIC SKILLS

Under the direction of National & International Figure Skating Coaches, learn the proper techniques & basic skills of ice skating.

This Basic Skills program is recommended as a follow-up to the 4 week Parks & Rec Learn to Skate Program.
Earn badges for each level passed all while improving your health!

Each session is 4 weeks long on Fridays starting in September to April

$100.00 per 4 week session
(plus one-time annual registration fee of $20.00 for membership to the USFSA)

Learn to Skate Rec. Dept Program

Our Learn to Skate Program is a beginning ice skating program that’s challenging and rewarding, but mostly fun!

Participation enables beginner skaters of all ages & abilities to learn the fundamentals of skating while teaching them skills necessary for further advancement.

$80.00 fee per session for South Windsor residents. $90 for non-resident.
Skate rental is available at the arena for an additional $3.00 per night or you can purchase a $10 discount card for the month long session.
You must provide your own helmet.
