Q. How do I return an item that doesn’t fit properly?

Fill out the Return Form that was enclosed with your order (or click here for the form), and ship it back to SWA at:

All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Special orders are non-returnable.

Q. How is defective merchandise handled?
A. All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
Warranty periods vary from 30 days to one year, depending on the product.
Composite Hockey sticks have a 30 day warranty thru the manufacturer.
Wood hockey sticks and blades do not have a warranty.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Q. Do you accept personal checks?

Sorry, no personal checks. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Money Orders.

Q. How do I know what size to order?
A. You can look at our sizing guides for help, or call us. We will spend time with you to ensure that your equipment fits.

Q. What are your shipping terms/policies?
A. Most orders are shipped with 24 hours via UPS Ground.
$4.95 shipping fee & $4.95 handling fee per order*
*Sticks, Wheel Bags & Hockey Goals have additional shipping fees

Wholesale Customers – shipping charges are determined on an order by order basis

Q. How do I open a wholesale account?
A. Please download the Wholesale Account Application and follow the instructions below
– download and complete the wholesale application
– fax the wholesale application to 1-800-7HOCKEY along with a copy of your state resale certificate on company letter head, or mail it to the following address:
